CHAIR YOGA WEDNESDAYS 12-1PM $10 DROP-IN | $80 FOR 10 CLASSES A gentle form of yoga modified for people with varying abilities. Poses can be done sitting on a chair, standing, or using a chair for support. Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, concentration, and mood while reducing joint pain and stress. If you have a mat, please bring one.
